Applicability and Acceptance
These terms set forth the conditions for using the service. By using the service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
The service agreement is formed when a user completes account registration, starts an external integration, or otherwise begins using the service, whichever occurs first.
Use of the service is also subject to our separate Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and other related rules established by the operator.
Definitions
- "Service": the post drafting support, external account integrations, scheduling management, posting support, and related functionality provided by the operator
- "User": any individual or entity using the service
- "Operator": Team-EC Co., Ltd., which provides and manages the service
- "External Platform": any SNS, API provider, or other third-party service integrated with the service
- "Paid Plan": any paid feature or plan separately introduced by the operator
Service Overview
The service provides external platform integrations, post drafting support, scheduling management, posting support, and related functionality.
Specific functions, names, screen structures, integration targets, and other details of the service may change as necessary for operational reasons.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own posted content, submitted content, use of external platforms, credentials, and account management.
Users are responsible for saving or backing up their own data as necessary.
Users must comply with the terms, policies, technical requirements, and other conditions of any applicable external platform.
Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws, public order, these terms, external platform rules, or the rights of third parties
- Registering false information, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another person's account or credentials
- Unauthorized access, privilege circumvention, vulnerability probing, reverse engineering, analysis, tampering, or similar conduct
- Excessive access, scraping, bot abuse, spam posting, bulk posting, or conduct that places excessive load on the service or any external platform
- Distributing malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, rights infringement, unlawful content posting, or other inappropriate use
- Interfering with operation of the service, third-party services, or the rights and interests of third parties
- Any other conduct reasonably deemed inappropriate by the operator

Users use AI output at their own judgment and responsibility.
Third-Party Services and External API Disclaimer
The service depends on external platforms, external APIs, cloud infrastructure, and other third-party services. Functionality may be affected by changes in specifications, restrictions, outages, review outcomes, account restrictions, token invalidation, or similar events.
Posting and integrations may fail due to review decisions, policy changes, suspensions, restrictions, posting rejections, or other issues on external platforms.
Except where caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, users are responsible for consequences arising from violations of external platform rules.
No Affiliation with External Platforms
The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Threads, or any other external platform, although it may use properly authorized APIs.
Cancellation of Paid Plans and Account Deletion
Cancellation of a paid plan and deletion of an account are separate procedures. Canceling a paid plan does not immediately delete the account or stored data.
If a user cancels a time-based or monthly paid plan, the user may continue to use the relevant paid features until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations.
Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service due to maintenance, incident response, specification changes, business decisions, or other reasonable grounds.
If we terminate the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice, except where immediate action is necessary for emergencies, safety, legal compliance, or similar reasons.
Handling of user data after service termination will be governed by these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Deletion Policy, and applicable law.
Amendments to Terms
We may amend these terms due to changes in law, changes to the service, business needs, or other reasonable grounds.
Revised terms become effective when posted through the service, posted on the website, or otherwise notified by an appropriate method, unless a separate effective date is specified.
Account Suspension and Termination
If the operator reasonably determines that any of the above applies, the operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate use of the account without prior notice.
- Violation of these terms or applicable law
- Unauthorized access, spam, service interference, or other prohibited conduct
- Violation or suspected violation of external platform rules
- Harassment, rights infringement, or other inappropriate conduct toward users or third parties
- False, incomplete, or materially inaccurate registration information
- Any other case reasonably deemed necessary for operation
Intellectual Property
Rights to content posted, submitted, or stored by users remain with the relevant user or rightful owner.
Users grant the operator a license to use such content to the extent necessary for providing, maintaining, improving, supporting, securing, and operating the service.
Rights in the service itself, including software, interfaces, text, logos, and other elements provided by the operator, belong to the operator or the rightful owner.
Data Preservation and Backup
We do not guarantee preservation, completeness, accuracy, or recoverability of posts, drafts, integration data, or any other user data.
Users are responsible for storing or backing up their own data as needed.
The operator may delete or disable access to user data in accordance with law and related policies in cases such as account suspension, service termination, or other operational necessity.
Service Level
We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, absence of defects, or any specific uptime or response-time metrics.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator limits liability for damages arising out of or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the service.
Where the operator is liable, liability is limited to actual, direct, and ordinary damages incurred by the user as a result of the operator's breach or tort.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law, including cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, incidental damages, or lost profits.
Liability Cap
Liability relating to free features is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Where the operator is liable in relation to a paid plan, the total liability will not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user to the operator during the 12 months immediately preceding the month in which the damage occurred.
This does not apply where mandatory law prohibits such limitation.
Fees and Payment (When Paid Plans Are Introduced)
Pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, service conditions, and other important matters for paid plans will be displayed separately in the service or on the application screen when introduced.
Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
If subscriptions are introduced, the existence of auto-renewal, renewal timing, cancellation conditions, and other important matters will be disclosed in advance.
Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces
Users represent and warrant that they are not and will not become anti-social forces or affiliated parties.
If a user is found or reasonably suspected to be an anti-social force or affiliated party, the operator may immediately terminate the service agreement without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute between a user and the operator in connection with the service shall be subject to the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Minors
If you are under 18 years old, please use the service only with the consent of your legal guardian or other parent/guardian.
If an external platform has separate age requirements or other conditions of use, you must also comply with them.
