Information We Collect
- Authentication data: email address, authentication user ID, and other information necessary for authentication and account management
- External integration data: internal user ID, external platform user identifiers, connection status, linked account names, and other information necessary for integrations
- Token-related data: authentication tokens required for external platform integrations or information used to manage them
- User-generated content: drafts, scheduled posts, sample posts, meeting titles, topic tags, and other content input or stored by users in the service
- Operational data: posting status, timestamps, external post IDs, error information, notifications, preferences, and other information necessary to provide and maintain the service
- Support data: name, email address, message contents, and other information submitted when contacting us
- Technical data: IP address, device information, browser information, access timestamps, request data, cookies, session information, and other technical logs
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users, verify identity, and manage accounts
- To configure, maintain, and operate integrations with external platforms
- To provide drafting, scheduling, posting, and related functions
- To provide support, respond to inquiries, and send important notices
- To improve quality, respond to incidents, maintain security, and prevent abuse
- To comply with applicable law, protect rights, resolve disputes, and operate the service lawfully
AI Processing
We may use external AI APIs or similar services for text generation, summarization, analysis, and related functions.
In that case, we may send post drafts, prompts, text to be summarized, and other information necessary to provide those functions to such external AI APIs or similar services.
We strive to limit the information sent for AI processing to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
AI output is provided for assistance only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Information sent to external AI APIs or similar services is handled in accordance with the applicable provider's terms, privacy policy, and other conditions.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, where we have the user's consent, or where otherwise permitted under this policy.
However, to the extent necessary to provide the service, we may entrust the handling of information to contractors or external service providers.
Outsourcing
We may entrust the handling of information to cloud providers, hosting providers, notification vendors, and other contractors to the extent necessary to operate the service.
In such cases, we select providers appropriately and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision.
Third-Party Services
- Meta-provided APIs and related services (external account integration, posting, and related processing)
- Supabase (authentication, database, secret management, and related infrastructure)
- AWS Amplify and related services (hosting, delivery, monitoring, and related infrastructure)
- External AI APIs and similar services (text generation, summarization, analysis, and related processing)
Data Retention
- Account information and user-generated data: generally retained while the account remains active
- Application logs and abuse-prevention logs: retained for a reasonable period to the extent necessary for service operations and security
- Hosting and delivery platform access logs: retained according to the applicable provider's settings or specifications, and may remain until the app is deleted
- Backup data: under current operations, backup data may be retained for up to 7 days
- Records required for legal compliance, dispute handling, or rights protection: retained for as long as necessary
Cookies and Technical Logs
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and service usability.
We may also collect and retain access times, IP addresses, request data, and other technical logs.
Data Deletion
Users can delete their account from the in-app settings page.
After account deletion, applicable data in active environments becomes subject to deletion without undue delay and is generally no longer accessible immediately.
However, backups, records required by law, and minimum records necessary for dispute handling or abuse prevention may not be deleted immediately.

Security Measures
We implement reasonable safeguards such as encrypted communications (including HTTPS), access controls, permission management, secret management, log monitoring, and related measures.
However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
User Rights
Users may request access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and similar actions regarding their information to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please send such requests to the contact email address below. We may conduct identity verification and other reasonable checks before responding in accordance with applicable law.
International Transfers
Because this service relies on cloud infrastructure, hosting infrastructure, and external APIs, some information may be handled outside Japan.
In particular, data may be processed outside Japan in connection with Meta-provided APIs and related services, Supabase, AWS Amplify and related services, and external AI APIs or similar services.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy due to changes in law, changes to the service, operational needs, or other reasonable grounds.
If changes are material, we will notify or inform users through in-app notices, website postings, or other appropriate methods.
Japanese Version Prevails
This English version is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
Minors
If you are under 18 years old, please use the service only with the consent of your legal guardian or other parent/guardian.
If an external platform has its own age requirements or other terms of use, you must also comply with those requirements.
