Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

This policy explains account deletion procedures, deletion scope, retained information, and related handling.

Scope

This policy applies to account deletion and related data handling in the service.

Matters not specified in this policy are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other related rules established by the operator.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can request deletion of their account and related data through the designated in-app process.

The steps are as follows:

By completing these steps, the account deletion process begins and related data will be deleted in accordance with this policy.

If in-app deletion is unavailable, or if a user wishes to exercise legal rights to request deletion, the user may submit a deletion request to the contact email address below.

For identity verification, abuse prevention, or protection of third-party rights, we may request additional checks where reasonably necessary.

  • Open the settings screen.
  • Tap the "Delete Account" button.
  • In the dialog, enter "Delete" as instructed.
  • Tap the "Delete Account" button in the dialog.

Data Subject to Deletion

  • Authentication data (account information)
  • External integration data and token-related management information
  • Drafts, scheduled posts, sample posts, meeting titles, topic tags, notifications, preferences, and other content stored by the user in the service
  • User-related operational data stored in active databases, except where retention is required by law

Data Not Deleted or Retained

  • Records required for legal compliance, tax/accounting purposes, dispute handling, or rights protection
  • Minimum logs or records necessary for security, abuse prevention, or incident response
  • Access logs and similar records retained on hosting, delivery, monitoring, or other infrastructure
  • Backup data (deleted or overwritten after the applicable retention period)
  • Records necessary for paid plans, billing, refunds, or payment handling, if applicable

Deletion Process in Active Databases

Once account deletion is completed, applicable data in active environments becomes subject to deletion immediately in principle and is generally no longer accessible at once.

We generally target completion within 24 hours.

However, completion may take longer for reasonable reasons such as incident response, abuse prevention, legal compliance, pending identity verification, or similar circumstances.

Even in such cases, we generally target completion within 7 days from receipt of the deletion request.

Meaning of Deletion Completion

For purposes of this policy, "deletion completion" includes making the relevant data no longer accessible or ordinarily usable in active environments.

Removal or overwrite from backups may occur only after the applicable backup retention period has elapsed.

Backup Retention

Under current operations, backup data may be retained for up to 7 days.

After the applicable retention period, such backup data is deleted or overwritten in a manner that cannot be restored, in accordance with the service provider's mechanisms.

We do not expect to restore and reuse a user's deleted data from backups in ordinary operations, except where required for legal compliance or major incident response.

Deletion Requests Without Account Deletion

Users may request deletion, suspension of use, or other actions regarding personal information without deleting their account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Data on External Services

Content already posted or stored on external platforms may not be deletable by this service due to the relevant platform's policies, specifications, or technical limitations.

Because we are not the administrator of those external services, we do not have direct control over data management on those services.

Please use each external service's own functions or procedures if deletion is needed on that platform.

If You Register Again

If you register again after account deletion, previously deleted data is generally not restored.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy due to changes in law, changes to the service, operational needs, or other reasonable grounds.

If changes are material, we will notify or inform users through in-app notices, website postings, or other appropriate methods.

Minors

If you are under 18 years old, please use the service only with the consent of your legal guardian or other parent/guardian.

If an external platform has separate age requirements or other conditions of use, you must also comply with them.
